meta socket problem

i hav [Titan-forged Plate Helm of Triumph] and meta socketed it with [Swift Starflare Diamond] and i have socketed gems on the rest of my gear to qualify for the bonus. but i don't get it. i want to know why?

From what I see, you do in fact meet the requirements of it. What makes you think you're not getting it? How are you looking at it. There are some situations where it just won't display correctly.

Also, you didn't ask this, but you probably should be running a different gem. You either want the 21 AGI or 21 Crit with +3% dmg on crits. If you're worried about run speed, put it on your boots.
