Nice gear, get the Broken beast legs and t9.245 gloves and youll basically have BiS gear (cept for heroic or not)

4pc + gloves of the silver assassin are actually BiS combat. leggings of the broken beast are BiS mut.

Pretty good gear, expertise is kinda low at 15 though, should pick up Crimson Star ranged weapon from EoT.

LOL you were looking at my combat set which isn't optimized and the gun is for my mutilate set. Let me log out in my mut gear for someone to look at. and btw my gear choices for combat are almost completely wrong but I only switch to it for Anub.

There are quite a few issues with the setup you have currently.
1.First off why do not have your leatherworking enchant on your bracers thats a huge dps boost.
2.NEVER EVER EVER EVER GEM EXPERTISE or use that terrible expertise trinket, I'm fairly certain without even pulling up a spreadsheet that Darkmoon card or Mirror is better then it.
3.That mark of supremacy is also terrible mirror or banner of victory would better.
4.Your speced for a rupture cycle but your gear is more oriented toward running weapon swap or just plain ruptureless.
5.Pick up acidmaw boots and the Garona's helmet ASAP for expertise,thats where a majority of where yours should come from, running without the cap is perfectly fine.
6.Easily upgradeble ring by just getting emblems.

I had to go up a couple posts to get your armory link but nothing glaring that I could see wrong with your setup. I don't play assassination for PVE but you appear to be gemmed correctly and enchanted properly.

On a side note concerning my gemming, I'm in the process of testing out the arpen deal. I've gemmed agi since I started raiding ToC (rogue was an alt up until ToC came out). I'm hoping for either the 10/25 heroic Anub mace to switch to mace spec which would put me at roughly 86-87% passive arpen. Missing just my gloves from 10m heroic champs (I think) to have my nearly full arpen set which would actually put me above 90% passive arpen. Going with a ruptureless cycle except for in a fight where I will be off the boss at any point, which is where I just toss a rupture up before I am off target.

It is completely unnecessary to use rupture ever in an ArP or weapon swap mut setup, using an eviscerate will ALWAYS provide more damage weather your off the boss or not it does make recount look slightly better but using evis will always yield more damage done.

looks ok save no arp trinket and u trying to hardcap without a mace yet (gl on getting a mace!) nothiing really wrong tho +1 cause ur a fem dorf so 10/10!

p.s. regarding my expertise i just faction changed to fem orc giving me 5 free expertise with axes/fists soooo im now 31/31 instead of 26/26

only thing that i see that i dont like on you Whispir is the fact that after me and a couple other rogues have tested every build in t8-t8.5 vs t9-t9.25 is that it just doesnt have the same dps till t9.5 4 piece, in which there is nothing wrong with your character just blizzard being retarded.

7/10 for gear, once you replace your t8 things will look better.
As for gemming, you probably want to put your Nightmare Tear in your belt or shoulders, and then replace that one will a red gem in your gloves.
Only a minor gain of 8EP, but it makes more sense.

Taztingo: Sweet cape lawl. But really, good gear, I am a fan of the mace/dagger spec. One thing, you have a bad boot enchant. If you are doing hard modes, which you are, get Cat's Swiftness....not 24 crit. Perfect spec, etc. 9.56/10.00

I prefer rocket boots as I don't need minor speed, rather a burst of speed to maintain uptime.

Give me a situation where you need minor speed and I can trump it with rocket boots.

with that buidl..my cycle is only Evenom spam without rup....i only use when no have bleed efect to HfB.
