[A] <TehBoX> Recruiting for Ulduar Hard Modes [Raid Time: 8PM-12PM PST]

We are an Alliance PvE guild comprised mainly of Pacific players (with a couple of late night East Coast/Canadian raiders), which means our raid times will mainly be aimed at people within the Pacific time zone.
Raids are 8 PM-12 midnight Pacific from Monday - Thursday, with an additional day of raiding (Sunday) and an extra hour each day devoted during progression.
Our Progression
10 man Ulduar clear in 1st week.

What we are looking for?
We are looking for reliable, dedicated, exceptional players who can demonstrate a broad understanding of their class and of PvE mechanics.
Reliable -- This means that you can make our raids (at least 90% attendance). When we are organizing something, we don't want to have any set backs by not having our ideal set of classes and players online. Being reliable also means that your Internet connection is sturdy and you are not in a situation where you may be unable to play for a couple of hours in a row.
Dedicated -- This means that you do everything possible to maximize your own efficiency. Go online and find strategies, browse EJ and theorycraft about encounters or class specifics, bring flasks for yourself and fish feasts for the other raiders, etc. Being dedicated is an important trait we look for in our raiders as we try to keep a small and tight roster.
Exceptional -- This does not just mean moving out of fire or colorful circles. Although those are positive traits we are looking for, being exceptional means that if *!!% hits the fan you will be able to adapt and react accordingly. We are not looking for people who googled the best PvE DPS rotation, but rather we are looking for people who are willing to throw on a shield and taunt an add if our OT just got DC'd. You will need fast reaction times and good situational awareness.
Mainly however, we are looking for someone who fits in with our guild. You should be able to take a joke and have a good sense of humor, but also be willing to take constructive criticism and communicate with the rest of the guild.

We can fill a 25-man raid at the moment, however we are looking to fill slots for absences.
We are especially looking for:
1x Hunter
2x Warlock
1x Holy Paladin
1x Rogue
Gear Requirements
We are a serious progression guild and are done with gearing players in Naxx, so don't apply if you have heroic purples or quest blues or 10-man Naxx gear. Be sure to have at least full 7.5 and/or Best In Slot gear.
