Perhaps I should know this, but I don't; do Bloodlust and Bloodfury stack? I'm at work and can't test it at this moment.

considering they are 2 totally different abilities that provide completely different buffs, then yes they do

Non-self haste does not stack. Self buffed haste does stack.
