1: iv'e noticed that there is more hit on our tier 8.5 now i guess its to remplace that dying curse but i have a question about our bis when we gonna have 4 piece is it gonna be the pants of 25 man freya hard mode or its the chest off of yogg saron 25 man or if its not what is it .
2:since blizzard is a bitch they gonna put dragon eye none prismatic. so my question how are we gonna gem so we can get the most benefit out of it?

For Ele, there are only 4 possible offsets:
1. Leggings of the Enslaved Idol (ilv 239)
2. Observer's Mantle (extra socket)
3. Robes of the Umbral Brute/Chestguard of the Fallen God (crit over hit)
4. Resto T8 Helm (haste over hit) or Collar of the Wyrmhunter (haste over crit)

out of the 4 options above, only the Legs is an ilv upgrade with a good itemization so that's the only one you should go for.

Breastplate of the Stoneshaper also (XT 10man hardmode). Fairly equivalent to the Yogg chest; an extra socket, but more stat budget sunk into stamina.
