After a long, looooong time halted I decided to go back at my priest and level him. Currently he's level 70 and I would like to know what is more effective to finish up those 10 levels missing. I felt the spirit nerf lot more than I imagined.
SoL Rotation: HF>Smite>Smite>Smite>Wand if necessary
Shadow Rotation: VT>VE>Mindflay>Mindblast(to active replenishment)>Mindflay>Wand if necessary
Disc Rotation: HF>Penance>PWS>Smite>Smite
Shadow build + glyph of Dispersion. No downtime. Now expect a sea of smiters and 25 page long thread on about how smite COULD be good yadda yadda. Shadow, pop dispersion / fiend on every cd, multidot, fear, blast flay whatever, you'll just go trough mobs like trough butter with a hot knife.
You don't even need to pop SW:P on the target, touch + blast + flay will be enough mostly but it'll depend on your play style. You'll have enough mana to pull off almost anything so play around with dps styles to see what suits you.
If mobs have abnormally high health you will want to put up SWP (and maybe DP) aswell.
If you ever drop below 60% health just PW:S>VT>VE>MB>...
If health and mana is fine SWD is a perfectly good way to try finish off a mob, its basically an MF2 instantly.
Personally i'd go with http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#bVcZZGxfcRfzcbqfzAo:hb for the shorter SF cd, but i guess it depends on how your gear is (70 epics?).
My gear is a joke, I'm wearing full greens from quests, and sitting around 8k mana only. That's the reason I'm trying to look for something better to aid me leveling. I'm about to hit 71, so I believe I'm going to spend the next 2 points in SF CD talent and change my glyph for Dispersion.
Which glyphs are better? I'm using atm 2 useless glyphs I believe. PWS and SWP, and I hardly ever use both skills.
