Tauren can't change their skin tones at the barber shop. Does Blizz expect them to pay 15 USD to change their Bear/Cat skins?

I had that to in my mind I think Blizzard would let us do it free at the barbershop

Of course it'll be possible. They mentioned it a few times in blue posts.

It won't be free, though, same cost as any modification you do in the barbershop.

The announcement that came with the druid forms, which was posted on the MMO-Champion frontpage, AS WELL as MULTIPLE forums, stated that Tauren Skin Tone change would be added with 3.2.
