.88 second cast is FAR better than 1.33 second cast
just ask the tank that just bearly died while SM was down and you were casting nourish
A .88s cast is still 1s GCD capped. If you spec properly for Nourish spam you'll have Nature's Grace, and given Nourish has a ~50% chance to crit, you'll basically be able to keep Nature's Grace permanently up while spamming, giving you a ~1s cast.
