Need help with contacting blizz, please help!

Hey there, Im currently on the phone to the UK account and billing blizzard customer care, I have been told that I will be in que for 30 min. I am calling from ireland. When I rang it says you will not be billed for this call. Is this true even when calling from ireland or is it just an auto response that it says to everyone who calls? I dont want to have a 600 euro bill next month. Please help!

Skype is the way to go.
just buy a 10 euro card en you can call for hours.
cheaper then calling international normally
