    Reinforcements are a necessary addition in a pvp environment balanced around honour-per-hour and tokens. When they were added into AV it immensely improved both of those and (greatly) increased the frequency of games on my server.

    If you want to get rid of reinforcements you'll need to convince Blizzard to hand out tokens for completing objectives rather than battlegrounds and get them to balance out honour between kills and objectives.
    Personally I'd love to go back to an original AV form where there was always a game going and you could just drop in, play as long as you want without feeling committed, and then leave.
