Absolutely. And it should be a curvaceous and buxom woman in only the scantiest cladding of leather or mail. You drag her around on a chain leash while running about the battlefield, and she produces lots of lamentations that increase your Rage and heal you (the lamentations are very important here, trust me). Optional leather-wrapped muscle-rippling stud model can be chosen instead if that fits your... uhm... roleplaying concept better.
