    Not to react no. Misconstrued. We're talking about sap-trinket, hoj, trinket, blind, damage global. Those five actions while of course initially focused on the druid. Even with an instant trinket on the HOJ the pala gets a global of damage at the same time as the blind.

    But soon after Mr Xi secured a third term, Apple released a new version of the feature in China, limiting its scope. Now Chinese users of iPhones and other Apple devices are restricted to a 10-minute window when receiving files from people who are not listed as a contact. After 10 minutes, users can only receive files from contacts.
    Apple did not explain why the update was first introduced in China, but over the years, the tech giant has been criticised for appeasing Beijing.

    The original point, which has been derailed by ad hominem as is the internet way, is that adding GCDs to ret pala damage is a good change because it adds decision making which other classes have to make often at much lower ratings.
    we already use every gcd we have, all the time...
