Human Sword/Mace Racials

Im just checking to see exactly how this works

So I know you get +3 expertise for a sword/mace
But does that only apply if you're wielding MH/OH sword/mace?
Say I have a Fist in the MH, and for some reason mace in OH, would I get +3 expertise to all my attacks, or just OH ones, or none of them?

Same applied to MH, if thats a Mace and my OH is a fist,

Basically can you weild a mace or sword in only 1 hand, and still get the +3 expertise

it only works when ur mh weapon is a swrod or mace, and the oh is also affected regardless of weapon used, but if your mh is not using sword/mace, it doesnt work

Expertise, like Armor Penetration, is per hand. So, if you're wielding a Mace or Sword in your MH, your character sheet will read: Expertise: 3/0. And the same applies for OH.
