It's hard-mode, so a gravity bomb on the raid kills everyone. Fortunately we killed the boss the next attempt, so I didn't have to commit seppuku for dishonoring the guild:

I was calling out Life Sparks all night, so I wasn't paying close attention to my own debuff. For the next attempt I made a power-aura with a big [!] symbol to warn me about it, which I probably should have done in the first place.
