That screenshot is over a month old.

The placeholder achievement text was recently updated to:
I've Had Worse: Defeat the Black Knight in the Trial of the Champion on Heroic Difficulty without any player in the group being hit by a ghoul explosion.

And whilst on the topic of updated Achievements, the following also were changed recently too:

Salt and Pepper: Defeat the Twin Val'kyr in 4 minutes or less.
^ This achievement has been buffed to 3 minutes.

The Traitor King: Kill 100 Swarm Scarabs within 30 seconds.
^ This achievement has been nerfed to 40 Swarm Scarabs.

Not One, But Two Jormungars: Kite Yogg-Saron to the Crusaders' Coliseum.
^ This achievement has now become: Defeat Acidmaw and Dreadscale within 10 seconds of each other.

your blood is actually blue. it turns red once it hits the oxygen rich air outside your body. rather, it is the red blood cells floating around in your plasma that turn red once they pick up oxygen, not the liquid itself.
