seems to be:
1. only luck
2. good prospect rate

You turn 10 Powder into the JC Daily NPC. Haven't gotten 10 powder yet to figure out reward.

Well being every other prospect is 5, I would assume 5 ore. No reason for them to change it.

Well if its 5 I think 1 of 2 things will happen ore will skyrocket from being in short supply or more nodes will be added

Ore has already skyrocketed on my server its already selling at 10g per ore

4. prof (grinder, dusts, etc) and funny items (bloossail het ^^)
5. damned ammo bag

i use it since 2005 and it's quite difficult to change...

Ty for the confirmation. Gonna soak up some more ore then I hope there will be more psawn points then there is now.. Titanium or is gonna skyrocket more than it is now especially with the new smith recipes needing titanium as well

10 Titanium powder can be turned in to the JC daily guy for 1 Dalaran Jewelcrafter's Token.

Yes the powder are tradeable, and yes the quest is repeatable.

That's just messed up. I would at least have expected a 100% chance on a blue gem, and a decent chance on an epic gem..

umh yes 4, was a typo :

and i did only few prospect but i'v never seen only 1 gem dropped, at least 2 gems per prospect
