blood plague still buggy?

Anyone tested if blood plague is stilly bugged on ptr?

e.g. droping to early (1.5 sec before frost fever) when refreshed with Glyph of Disease.

This bug has nothing to do with blood plague itself, it's the glyph.

The glyph sets the dot timer to max without resetting the ticks, if it ticks with less than three seconds remaining then it drops early.

That being said I haven't been able to get on the ptr yet, but I'l check this when I do.

I already knew it is a problem with the ticks but my question was: "Is the problem still on the ptr?"

Why would reading his/her explanation help me with this question?

In the current PTR build this still occurs. And yes, it is still really fucking annoying and makes me want to cry.
