Ok, let me explain it for you in detail, seeing you're to dumb to realise it:Originally Posted by Pulseczar
Blizzard always named servers after famous lore characters or villains, places, or events. They got a whole naming convention for what servers is called what, depending on their type (RP/RPPvP/PvP/Normal).
So just because yet-another-server is named Maelstrom, doesn't indicate anything!
holy shi- this is ground breaking
Why would it be under RPPVP? I doubt it's true
These naming conventions are as follows: PvE is named after interesting things, PVP is named after evil people, RP is named after good organizations or places, and RPPVP is named after evil organizations or places. The Maelstrom, a swirling vortex that houses demonic energies, vicious naga, and the attention of every demon in the Nether, is most certainly an evil pace. Now, what kind of server is the one in the screenshot, again?..Originally Posted by Nezoia
In mediocre MMOs, people complain about some classes.
In good MMOS, no one complains about any classes.
In the best MMOS, people complain about every class.
A server named Maelstrom 3 Test appears on a spontaneously appearing Test Server tab at the Realm Selection screen. An expansion is on the horizon. Do the math.
You aren't going to see a hypothetical new WoTLK RP-PVP server named Maelstrom appear on a Test Server list. What would they need to test? It would be exactly the same as any other RP-PVP realm. Doesn't make logical sense.
Soooo, Ghostlands (EU), Hellfire (EU), both PvE realms. Hellfire and Ghostlands (ZONES) ain't exactly nice places, but the realms aren't RPPvP as you say here.Originally Posted by UnemMun

I dont think Blizzard would have their own test server for new expansion on the public login <thing>
Because of some simple association mechanics.Originally Posted by FreakEyy

So, RP PvP = Blizzard
RP PvP servers are ghey.
So, RP PvP = Ghey
Therefore, Blizzard is ghey.
Blizz = Ghey
They had a round-a-bout way of saying it was all.
