it involved killing 1,000,000 (yeah that's one million) Tuskarrs which are actually.... friendly.

paladins and shamans can do that achievement the same way they'd do this achievement:
Not One, But Two Jormungars - Kite Yogg-Saron to the Crusaders' Coliseum in 10/25-player mode.

AKA, wait for the live version, read the real achievement text and then do what it says.
