Pre raiding Gear Guide

I just hit 80 on my Holy/Shad priest and I am looking to gear up ASAP.
Does anyone know of a good gear guide or an easy way to compare gear so I can move swiftly dungeons>heroics>raids?

I'd appreciate any and all help =)
