what's the best orb-based craftable now, considering 3.2?

atm i'm considering making belt of the titans.
hit capped, not expertise capped, belt is nice.

Which other runed orb craftable would you consider for retrib?

while they are indeed good, i can think of at least three drops that are better in ulduar. accorded, they are leather, but eh

So overall, as the belt is quite BiS, i'd say it's a better choice.

Melancholy boots are good, but they aren't even in my top 5. The crafted leather boots are very good, but I'd agree that the belt should be a priority.

more strength and stamina. seems a good upgrade to me.

but the leather boots are better because of the hit on it. just like the leather shoulders from IC are good. they have hit and expertise.

Drop some of the other hit rating around and use that, I'd call it better than titans if anything because of the 20 strength superiority it has.

i've seen a couple ret pallys with Boots of Living Scale(http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45562) its the same ap increase as the battlelords if you gem straight str and are a jc, but i guess since you arent hit capped doesnt help the matter
