cast shield on the mount?

Hello dear priests,

I've got this question since having a mount.

In my experience, shield is the most time saving spell for a disc priest as you can rush the way without involving into a melee. I really like the image of being a hermit.

Why don't BZ like it? Any imba reason?

I think they mean, allowing you to cast priest shield while still being mounted, and not dismounting you in the process

Last time I checked, the only things you can do on a mount is stances, and very limited amount of spells, such as Dispersion.

He wonders why priest can't cast power word: shield without dismounting, becouse it would be a great help to get away from mobs you can't or don't want to fight.
Atleast that's what I think he's saying here.
