Well i dont know if all has it but when my hp would go ower 40k the shout wont help.

Sometimes i get 600hp sometimes only 1k or so but when my hp will only go under 40k i get 2255hp.

Im guessing your talking with full raid buffs.

If you have a warlock using an Imp, then Commanding shout will not stack with Blood Pact, instead it will only overwrite it as it gives more health.

It's a warlocks blood pact. If there was a warrior with imp commanding shout you wouldn't even be able to cast yours if you have his buff on.
