Dispersion during Kidney Shot: Rogues gets OOC, restealthes and just opens with another Cheap Shot once Dispersion fades.
In PVP it is nothing more than a live 6 seconds more spell, which lets your opponent set up the kill however they like because you can't do zilch during it.You know what is better than drinking a beer? Brewing your own beer. And then drinking it. And then... Drinking another beer. And then, punching somebody in the snout! That's what!

Dispersion during any hybrid attacking you: They heal themselves to full while you are silenced.
