Death Knight Arena Question

Ive noticed some DKs thats up at 2500+ mark are not using a PVP trinket, but they are using Bandits Insignia + Dark Moon Card:Greatness.

Its been my opinion some abilities common amongst some DKs are actually not as useful as one think (lichborne for example), I am playing in the 2200+ club atm and moving up, is this a valid option for a DK?

I can see not having to use a PVP trinket some times, and sometimes you absolutely need it.

any thoughts?

its risky but if you trust your partner to never let either of you get into a tight spot i say go for it. granted you will be crying for it when you get chain cc'd and your partner needed a peel
