Request a Signature / Wallpaper / Banner! (READ FIRST POST + FAQ!)

Hi all,
I'm looking for a Forum signature with the info below, will be using it on MMOC and Guild-Launch. Also I wouldn't mind a Wallpaper for 1400x900 with any of the info used below.:
Signature:
Visible text: Cain, Toon Name, Possibly Server Name of soemthing like US-Mug'thol or Horde if it fits.
Armory link/Facial screenshot: Shown Below, My toon most played toons.
Death Knight: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte.../cain/advanced

Gear set: Death Knight Challenge Mode Gear, Tier 15 Heroic, or Tier 10 277 ilvl. With Tabbard of LightBringer.
Helm visible:Non-Visible.
Your pose: Up to the artist with their on creativity, leaving open.
Any extras: Depending on which armor set you choose, stick with a Blue Colored Theme with CM Gear, Navy with the Tier 15, and a Red with the ICC ilvl 277 Tier. Preferably strong color themed between the light blue, navy or red depending on which set you choose! I am not picking amongst these as they are my favorite sets for Death Knights.

General colour scheme: I'm a Paladin - so royal colors and "the light" themed. Colors id feel that would go great in the background to match the transmog set are Blue/Gold/White

Any extras: Add anything extra you feel necessary to make an awesome sig. I'd also like an avatar to go with it please and thanks!
