Ok, since people seem to like my most recent work I decided to make a GIMP tutorial.
Forgive any mistakes in grammar/spelling because I am totally cross-eyed from looking at it for 4+ hours

The hair and the shoulders clip pretty badly so I had to do something about it! Also loving your signature (OMG THOSE COLORS! <3) and the tutorial! A few tricks I have to try out in there. :3

I tried to show that I don't really do anything fancy to achieve the results I get.... so I attempted to keep it as clear and easy to replicate as I could.

OMG TY! I figured since GIMP is a free program (and also because I prefer it) more people starting out might use it...and sadly there aren't many GIMP tutorials in the first post.
