These glyphs seem to be good, my question is: Should I look into replacing any of these with Pain Suppression?

The only major glyphs you should consider for 2v2 arena are:

Penance
Pain Suppression
Inner Fire
Power Word: Shield
Dispel Magic

Penance is a no-brainer for anyone, though the others might be subject to playstyle and partner's ability to peel. I like the PS glyph as it allows me to save my trinket for another critical time (though it sucks you can't use it when feared, silenced, etc), and the Inner Fire is a HUGE buff against melee / MS teams by offering a substantial flat reduction to melee damage.
