Totemtimers also has trackers for your shields and your weapon embues that you can setup to announce.

You can also use power aura classic and customize it for shields. I tend to prefer this option since it can be used for any class proc/buff/debuff effect for any of my alts (except for weapon enhancements).

I have tried the ones mentioned but none worked as great as ShieldsUP for me.
Adds how many charges on your shield(s) right by your screen and plays sounds when it drops.
You will see it right above my grid. Left # is my WS, Right is ES and the name above is who my ES is on. When no ES or enh or ele spec'd it will just have the number of the amount of charges left.
