Level 60 Stay arms or go fury? (Sorry)

Ok I was arms for awhile and I seem to kill things just fine. Some people said that I should go fury and I should see mobs drop a lot faster. Well this isn't the case for me, in fact I don't see them dieing any faster if not slower.

Also I might be missing something like some dps spell I can't find

What I do is

Whirlwind
Bloodthirst
Heroic Strike
Slam (when it is instant)

I see a lot of missing, I am unsure how much hit gear outlands give.

I should add I currently do not have any glyphs, I don't know which ones would be good.
