Name of the addon which mines mobs abilities

Hey guys,
Can anyone tell me how MMO-champ and many others get the descriptions and numbers of bosses abilities? E.g. All the new abilities of the new bosses on the PTR have been put on the front page along with their range etc... how can I find out this information for myself?
