Whats it mean when people use same word twice in a sentence?

In the forums i see people use the same word twice in a sentence, for example:

    "obvious troll is obvious"
    "stupid player is stupid"

What does it mean when you use the same word twice like that?

At the risk of feeding the troll, this is a meme which originated primarily from lolcats pictures such as "longcat is looooong". Its kind of an instant reaction reply for a lot of people, doesnt require any effort.

It's a popular meme where a double entendre takes place without the double meaning of a double entendre. If that doesn't make sense, then know that it's just a stupid fad that people use to try and sound funny.

    Boring reply is boring.

I dont know why people think my post is a troll post. I am actually asking a serious question and I didnt know what it means. I dont think half of the people that use it even know themself, they just see other people use it and think to them self "I WANNA BE COOLZ LIKE REST OF PPL SO IM GONA COPYZ THEM"

All it is, is a different way of saying something you mean.

    For example:

Obvious troll is obvious means the same as "This is an obvious troll". It can be anything following the "(verb) (noun) is (verb)" to say "This is a (verb) (noun)".

I see, and I completely agree.

The bigger question is why dedicate an entire website with thousands of articles to junk.
