[H] Feral/Balance Druid and Destro Warlock looking for serious PVE guild

Who we are:

We both come from And Friends, a social raiding guild focusing on clearing 10-man content. We are currently 12/14 Ulduar. We are considering leaving because we would like to start raiding 25-man content, and because of the lack of motivation to progress from our fellow guild members.

As you can tell from our Armory Pages, we are in large part Ulduar 10 geared. Qieth's moonkin gear is mainly T7 (4p), with a few Naxxramas epics and a handful of items from Ulduar 10, but despite the difference in gear, he is often able to be on par with full time DPS classes. He is willing to switch his main spec to moonkin if needed. Qieth is not a big fan of feral cat DPS or resto healing.

We are both dedicated raiders, who take our responsibilities towards the raid seriously. We do not go to raids without bringing flasks/food or reading tactics. We take any criticism we are given seriously, and are of course willing to take on any special roles needed in the raids. We are very serious about bringing our best to the raids, and so we spend a lot of time trying to learn every aspect of our class, so we may support the guilds goals. We pay attention when orders are given out, and are confortable enough with our class that we can allow our attention to shift to other things than just the damage meters and our rotation.

We realise that 8/23 other people are spending their time with us, and so it is only natural that we do whatever we can to make their time - and our time - as enjoyable as possible.

Personally, I do not have a very long history of raiding. My character dinged 70 shortly before WotLK came out, and was introduced to raiding in Kharazan. As such, the bulk of my raid experience is Wrath of the Lich King content. However, I have a long history of competitive gaming, playing Warcraft 3: TFT, Counter-strike 1.6, DotA etc. As such, I am well acquainted with the demands of high-stress situations in gaming. Up until now, I have remained undaunted by the challenges of Ulduar and other high-end WotLK raiding.

Qieth, on the other hand, has a long history of raiding - as a holy priest in Vanilla WoW, as a survival hunter throughout TBC and now as a feral druid in WOTLK. Since TBC he has been pursuing high end content, and has always strived for being the kind of raider you could depend on: Tactics, abilities, reactiveness and insight. Qieth took it upon him to write some hunter guides back in the days ([Guide] Raiding with *your pet as Zoa, and Ayms All-in-one Comprehensive Hunter guide, as Aym) and has always been looking out for ways to improve his class. When WOTLK came, it was time to switch to a different class and try other areas of the game, and the challenge has been met with similar rigor.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a serious raiding guild, which is willing to take both of us in. I originally began playing this game on Qieth's suggestion, and we both consider the social aspect of WoW to be an important one. We are not expecting that every raid contains both of us or none, but we would like to stick together in whatever guild we join.

We would like a guild that lives up to the following:
-Raiding Ulduar 25 with good progress
-Care about the social aspect of WoW
-A serious, established and mature guild
