That's not true. After 3.2 your guild is still going to be clearing ulduar until all the bosses are released in the Coliseum, and even then it's only 6 bosses with no trash.
Now about the main post... It only drops in Ulduar 25 man.

AFAIK its 5 bosses. but tehre will be 4 seperate raid lockouts. 10man normal, 10man heroic, 25man normal, 25man heroic.
