The tag "Siege" has been around for a very long time and was carried over to the
server of Chamber of Aspects with the launch of Wrath of the Lich King on November
22nd. Before that and all the way back to the days of Zul'Gurub - it was a guild
elsewhere - also controlled by current guildmaster Grumnir, and officers Maisto, Deon and Huggibear.
Siege was first created with the plans to become one of the leading 10-man raid guilds;
seeing this new expansion had given players the oppurtunity to limit their guild and
progress to an amount no larger than 10 players in raids. Although the wish was there
to be amongst the strongest of guilds in that bracket; the idea was to at any given time
remain a social guild.
Eventhough today - Siege is amongst the top of guilds raiding 25-man content on our server; we still
consider ourselves to focus more on communication and community rather than progress.
