The majority of the interface is ElvUI, then just configuring settings. Those raid frames were grid, but I'm switching between that and the built in ElvUI frames to see what I like.

Quartz was my cast bar, but now I use the ElvUI built in one since it now also displays tick marks.
The one biggest thing I've done is modded the ElvUI raid buff frame (the column next to the mini map that shows some buffs icons, they are lit up if not present. Basically a reminder for important buffs) so that it'll show lock specific buffs if I'm on my lock I care about such as Fel Armor, Soul Link, DI, Kings, Flask, Fort. Other tons it shows the built in version of kings, might, fort, flask, food, int.
Another little edit is the window recount is in, actually covers a chat window that is filtered to display nothing, otherwise that panel goes away.

I don't see any name plates on the screenshot, but I assume that you are referring to the party unit frames to the left. AFAIK that is X-Perl
