This is mine. Very much a work in progress. I don't play the Warlock very often so at the moment I'm using it as a project to create UI's.

Things I'd change if I played this properly:

1) Bottom bars to show only on mouseover and keybound.
2) Find a proper home for AffDots.

Okay, as promised, I bundled together my new UI. Now technically it was made for a Shadow Priest, but I also configured AffDots and made sure ForteXorcist had Warlock DoTs in it to make the UI compatible for Lock's as well.

nothing too heavy, over the years i got so used to blizz ui, but since its ugly as hell i reskinned it with a few addons from other ui's

I really like the simplicity of your UI. Looks like you're using WeakAuras to do...everything, which is quite awesome IMO.

What font are you using? I really like it.

I came back to wow after a short break, and one of my mods was stopping everything from working, so i started from scratch, but i forgot to write down what some were called, i'm mostly happy with it all now, except I'm missing one I liked and YOU HAVE IT!

what is the one right at the bottom, the timeline countdown thingy (where the cooldown icon slides down to 0?)

It's part of ForteXorcist, the Cooldown bar.

Of if you don't want the other parts of ForteXorcist, you can grab CoolLine. It's the same cooldown bar without the other Forte stuff.
