    Should be phrased that way:

Additionally, the more money we earn, certainly the less we'll spend on server infrastructure and employing good personell, therefore continuing to ruin the game and commercialise it more and more and more.

No QQ. I like playing WoW. But this was just the first thing that came into my mind :

Blizzard even before this change made it way too easy to transfer. Want to ninja something? Sure just transfer. Stuck on a boss? Oh find another guild and transfer. New server where you dont know anyone isnt perfect? Oh just transfer again.

Servers used to have community before blizzard made it so that you could transfer any time you felt like it. Lowering the PCT cooldown just caters to ninjas, ebayed characters and perennial guild-quitters who have no concept of loyalty or tenacity.

At the people complaining about the shorter CD on PCT based on blizzard beeing just wanting more money.
It may be the motivation behind it, however it would be like complaining that a public transportation company would put out more busses alwoing you to take one more often. Obviously they must be after your money as they offer the service more often.

Sure you can spend more money on it of you want but ultimatley that is your choice, and it's probaly a good thing for most.

Aye - you wouldn't believe the amount of idiots that base healing performance on Healing meters... much more to the fact they judge a DISCIPLINE priest on it [that buffers blows with shields, where meters don't show absorptions].

since when did we have the ability to heal in shadow form. shadow is no where near that of a ret pally!

    according to wowhead

flash of light ----sometimes instant cast/1.5 at lvl 79 7% of base mana 785-879( base) healing

pro's-can be instant cast to not interuptable or lockable when it is no loss when casting it besides less face smashing and a small mana cost avalible on the run.

    cons kind of small

flash heal ---1.5 sec cast at lvl 80 costs 18% of base mana for 1887-2193 healing (base)add on the fact that we have to add in the change to shadow form again to take less dmg bc we are squishey 32% basemana

pros- bigger than flash of light

cons-costs more mana, cant be instant so it can be interrupted, loss of shadow form makes us more vunerable than we already are. (15% more dmg taken, 15%less dmg delt) have to shift back into shadow form to get back up and running so.

to toatal it up to heal once and then get back in the fray doing dmg you get

7%base mana for pally and...18%+32%=50% base mana

a pally could heal 7 times and with fol and be where a priest is (manawise) and never have to take more dmg in the process.

with the 1 min cd on the divine plea or what ever its called as long as they dont heal during the X amount of time its up then mana isnt an issue imo.

both have replenishment, however pallys is 1 spell where ours takes 3 secs (w/o haste) to set up 1.5VT and 1.5 mind blast

    ret pally>shadow priest

and i wont even go into the fact how they can cure poisons (wounding) thats another forum

boomkins are closer to priest i would have to say with the cost of shifting but at least they can cheta away and root
    1) We can't change armor when in combat (that's the definition of emergency healer), so FoL will never be instant.

    2) Ret manapool = Priest mana pool? Ret mana eficience/pool is really stupid. And as a emergency healer, we're talking about stop DPSing to heal, and probably leaving melee range, so no DPS, almost 0 mana return to ret.

    3) Ret dps sux in Holy gear... So... they're talking about the small heals while DPSing, like JoL, VE...

    4) With shitty heals and not casting heals while with the Divine Plea buff, how the hell Ret would be usable as emergency healer?!?!?!

Btw, saying that "bring the player, not the class" is perfectly done because it works in normal mode raiding... lol... try that in pre-nerfed TBC and if it works, then ok. Normal mode raiding in post 3.0 is lol.

No, the move change is lame without a reduction in the absurd PCT cost. Now they can collect 10 times the "fees". IMO, $3 or $5 per time. Annoys me to no end.

How can a player know they don't like the server in 3 days...it takes atleast 15-30 days to know if a server fits you.
I transfered once to a new realm, promising guild, horde first progress wise, great leadership and members, but for some reason still unknown to me, players started leaving, this was 5 days after I transfered to them, I was stuck on that realm for 25 days, I can see how this change earlier would have brought me back to a couple of e-buddies. Of course they want to make money, they are a business corporation and not a charity, stop accusing them of being money horny because it's pointing out the obvious...

I wonder if Blizz will make server Xfer and Faction swap a packaged deal.
