my warrior is a tank and an engineer and i was just wondering when the next patch comes out should i get the new Mind Amplification Dish which is 45 stam plus u can try to mc people or should i just got with the http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44150

Well, depends. If you feel that your avoidance is already ridiculously high, go with the Mind Amplification Dish. If you on the other hand feel that your defense is a little low, however that your stamina is enough, go with the arcanum.

If you are defense capped, the 3 extra stam would be worth it IMO.

45 stam vs 37 stam + 20 def

Def equals 1.0 in stat value, stamina is 0,6

45 - 37 = 8 sta * 0,6 = 4,8 stat value VS 20 stat value

Should i take 4,8 of a good stat or 20 of another good stat?
Did you ever think of replacing your 16 def gems with those old bc starting gems giving 4 stamina? You didnt? Why not?

def gives a little less full avoidance than dodge, so think of 20 def = 18 dodge.

Go for the 37 stam+20 def especially if ur not def capped
20 def gives u much more survivability than 8 stam

im going to throw the helm enchant on my arms pvp helm and i'd advise keeping the argent helm 'chant for tanking, avoidance is your friend
