    Libram of Radiance...

So, with CS moving to a 4 second cooldown... how much of a buff is this for Libram of Radiance ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40191 )? Assuming they don't lower its damage at all?

    Re: Libram of Radiance...

Could be a nice benefit, though I think there are some pretty badass librams from the new stuff. I could have swore I saw a really good one on the PTR a while back, but the PTR fucks my comp up so I had to get rid of it. If anyone can verify what I'm talking about that would be cool.

I still think radiance will be better for pvp since you may have a overly dispel happy healer on the other team (thanks to Stoicism lol)

valiance gives a chance for 200strength for 16seconds. that is more then 420ap dude.

radiance is not better. not even for pvp

In fact, I'd wager that Valiance is better for PvP because it's not only a greater buff (all that AP becomes SP too), but also because of dispels. If you have a dispel-happy opponent, then let them dispel this. You have a Vengeance/Corruption dot running, so you'll have a 70% chance to reapply at every dot tick. You'll get the buff back in no time, and it could cost them all the more mana to dispel.

    BINGO!

I knew I remembered seeing something. Valiance is uber. That might be the first thing I buy with the new emblems.

Also, Radiance's bonus damage was reduced to adjust for the 4 sec. CD.

Here is your PTR linkie [Libram of Radiance]

Thus far, I have not seen any changes to the Arena librams(and there shouldn't be).

    [Deadly Gladiator's Libram of Fortitude]
    [Furious Gladiator's Libram of Fortitude]

I think this further increases the value of the Arena librams until we can get our hands on Valiance.

Not nessesarily. You just have a higher up-time, but if you stick to the FCFS it should be up 100% of the time anyhow.

I am simply referring to the fact that Radiance is now buffing an attack that does less damage by a lesser amount proportionately. Deadly and Furious will still buff CS the same amount as before and still affects all other attacks. The AP buff is up 100% of the time

    200 str = 460 ap fyi

and yes with the info that the Radiance libram has been lowered I even can tell that the new SoV libram is better.

Look at this: [Libram of Divine Judgement]

If you are going to pvp with Seal of Command I suggest u buy this from G'eras in Shattrath.

According to Maxdps.com that Libram is the best one available on live atm, when 3.2 comes
out soon you better start getting those new emblems

Maxdps is missing quite a few Librams, so take that for what it's worth.

i want you to stop looking at maxdps. it sucks donkeyballs bigtime.

    start using rawr instead.

    SoB > SoC in dmg.

    There is.

When you judge any Judgement with Command active, the log will regester it. Even Recount will mark it as JoC when it lands, but Jo(insert here) when it misses
