Something new? Blood dk tank specc

I'm a standard 53/8/10 DK Blood Tank at the moment.

I just want to know how 5/5 Blood Gorged is compared to 5/5 Necrosis
and
0/2 Epidemic + Disease Glyph + 2/3 Ravenous Dead is compared to 2/2 - 0/3 + DS Glyph

as I'm thinking about such a specc if it is worth it:

yeh its a no, it'd do less TPS with no gain.

5/5 blood gorged is outstanding for blood tanks.
it effects every physical strike we use, and white damage.

necrosis on the other hand only effects your auto attacks.

Eh? Believe it's something like this: Necrosis increases the damage done by your auto attack by 20%. Blood gorged increases all damage done by 10%.

not true, as i'm not ALWAYS over 75% as a tank

And just the 10% Armor Ignore is superior or at least just as good as Necrosis. :
