At that level of gear and those trinkets it might be a good idea to switch to unholy and gem for more str. go with

Upgrade your chest enchant to +10 and change your glove chant to attack power.

Also as the people said pick up a second useful profession either JC or BS are good.

You can stick with blood but it really benefits when you have higher gear and alot of that gear is giving you plenty of armor penetration. Gemming it seems a little forced. Also several trinkets with armor pen procs and such are very helpful.

Replace ring of invincibility. You don't have much ArP so i suggest going frost or unholy. Until you get into Ulduar where almost all plate has ArP. 2P T8 is nice. 8% crit. I don't know much about unholy but if you spec frost pre 3.2 heres a nice 2h spec

Personally what i would spec, others are trying to bring back DW + Ghoul I guess we're going to have to see how it works out after patch
