Chain heal on imp water shield...

So how big of a mana efficency buff is this? I don't have time to get on the ptr but i'd expect it to be very nice, and how much of a impact does the buffed mp5 make?

first thing to note here is the proc chance, which is 30 percent. now mind you, its 30 percent on crit. so generally im not sure it will make THAT much of a difference. it's still a nice buff, especially because of "and the charges of Water Shield are no longer consumed by this talent". i myself am happier with other changes, like the healing way change and tidal waves change, along with the range increase on chain heal.

if someone did the math behind the mp5 from the imp water shield change, id be very interested in that.
