I´m from Grim Batol, and I´ve seen a shaman there with Ulduar´s legendary healing mace. Guess world first or any other guild / char has it already?

lot's of people have it. The world first was recorded in the Hall of Fame page for 3.1. Check there for world firsts next time.

A pala in my guild got it too.. So it is not a big deal anymore.

Given that the mace is being updated to remain appropriately positioned against other gear in 3.2 (and presumably will be again in 3.3), it's a bit disappointing that one would have to go into what will effectively be the 'old' content of Ulduar to farm fragments to complete a partially assembled pile, or build whole new maces for additional people. I haven't been on the beta, so please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm assuming that fragments do not drop from 3.2 bosses?
