Gear/Spec help

Ok, so i am currently specced as frost dk, i can pull around 3-3.6k dps on bosses most of the time (3.4k razor 10man)

i have noticed i have alot of ArP purely from gear and one gem (i havnt gotten around to grab a str one yet), i know one of my big issues in my Exp is way too low.

My rotation is: IT,PS,OB,BS,BS,dump Repeat or IT,PS,Ob,BS,BS,Dump,Ob,Ob,Ob,Dump Repeat

i find i use the latter of the rotations due to my high ArP and it no stacking with FS, i also have 4-6 deathrunes after the first dump allowing the 3 Obli's.

can u guys help to determine what i should do to stay as frost or go as unholy or blood?

EDIT: My ArP % is almost 30% (doesnt show in armory for me for some reason)

i would say go blood.
blood benefits the most off of blood and with that kind of armor penitration you would be in good shape

i tried blood a couple of weeks ago and found it o be inferior to frost (did 2 dps tests over a 20 second burst and 2 minute grind [frost was 3.8k-3k and blood was around or under 3k])

if there is a bloodspec u know would work that would help alot
