Question on Arena Libram in 3.2

I've tried searching both on the forums and the web with no success, so pardon me if I missed it.

Could someone please fill me in on the requirements to earn the Relentless Gladiator's Libram of Justice (http://db.mmo-champion.com/i/42616/r...am-of-justice/)?

At first it sounded like you could only get this with a 3v3 team, but now it sounds like 2v2 will suffice.

Is this a 1250 rating item?

Relics for all classes in the upcoming arena season will be accessible thru 2s at a 1800 req. rating, down from 1950 of this season

For anyone who cares. The Deadly Librams, Idols, etc... are now available at a 700 arena rating for 350 arena points and 4500 honor.
