2h tank spec post 3.2, suggestions?

Frankly, I gave up on my DK in 3.1, but my friend is trying to tank again. I suggest frost, but I just don't like how any build for any spec comes out when I try it. Is there some UPDATED tank spec info somewhere? If not, any suggestions on a minimum req mitigation talent and high threat/aoe build? It used to be unholy, but now it is high single target dps with pets. Not really the best representative for tanking. Once I see a good spec I can tell her the "rotation"/priority list for threat.
