Ok, ok. Yes the tank should get it first if he doesnt have it. But it really is nothing to freak out over. 20 attempts is just bad luck. Just try again tomorrow, or run with people you know wont steal it from you or that already have it. Problem solved.

I did not mention that one since it's not worth it for dest specc, and it does not stack on dot crits (atm). Therefor I find it quite useless for any warlock compared to the other trinkets atleast.

It drops in 5-man. I'd just make a pug and tell the people if you have a problem with me needing on it for PvP then leave my group.

I was in a group last night where the dps warrior needed the trinket with the tank, and won. It was hilarious.
