Armp/Hit and DW frost

Im Sorry before hand if there is a thread on this, but i was wondering would it be fine to stack armor pen. Im mainly inquiring because the top 2 dmg attack for dw seem to be white hits and Oblit. As for hit ive been hearing that 9% is fine for dw but im pretty sure in the past it was spell hit you wanted to get.

I've been wondering what the APE value for ArP is w/ 53/18 as well. It's not a bad question and to the best of my knowledge, most of which is borrowed knowledge from EJ, this has yet to be determined.

Incidentally, I ran w/ 2 other 53/18 DK's in raid last night. I was at ~25 ArP + Grim Toll while they were not stacking ArP. I was doing consistently higher dps than my fellow guildies with much higher Oblits.
Just an observation and food for thought.
