Glyph of Seal of Command

I've been experimenting with Glyphs and I was wondering if Glyph of Seal of Command stacks with Judgements of the Wise.
I'd assume it does. But what have people noticed while using it.

In my opinion it's still the best seal for Ret PvP. Some may disagree, but trying to stack Seal of Vengeance 5 times with only white attacks can be tricky.

SoCom for trash / fast bosses (most heroic)

SoCor/SoV for longer boss fights

Yes it stacks, as it works independently of JotW. So say your Judgement gets 100% absorbed, you'll get no mana from JotW but you'll still get 8% from the Glyph.

In pve situation i cant see myself using Soc, cause on trash mobs it sux so much i would rather stand aside and watch dks and rouges rapes mobs.
For pvp maybe is good didnt really check him right cause on ptr huge portion of my play there Sov was the best seal before "only on white dmg" hapenned
